Notes on completing the form:
- In Box #1 "Nickname" is optional and "Parent's Name" is only applicable if you are under the age of 18. Everything else is required.
- In Box #2 indicate your choice of ride. We need this information to make sure we have everything you'll need at each rest stop. If you'd like to Build Your Own Challenge you're not yet sure which combination of passes is the best fit for you, let us help! - In Box #3 please indicate your jersey size and selection. We're offering both a Ride Jersey and an exclusive 8 Pass Finisher Jersey. If you select the option for "8 Pass Finisher OR Ride Jersey" you will receive the 8 Pass Finisher jersey if you complete all 8 passes and the Ride Jersey otherwise. Sizing for the jerseys is Voler club cut. For more information visit our website.
- In Box #4 please determine the total for your ride fee and jersey order. Build Your Own Challenge participants looking for a little less climbing may substitute Kid Carson stops for passes or ride a pass or two and then join their family to ride the Kid Carson together--just check the appropriate boxes on the form so we know what you're planning.
